Black (Narkachur) Turmeric

काळी हळद (नरकाचूर) हे हळदीचे एक अत्यंत औषधी वाण आहे जे प्रामुख्याने फार्मा कंपन्या विविध प्रकारच्या औषधांसाठी वापरतात. मधुमेहावरील त्याचे परिणाम खूप आशादायक आहेत. मेघालयातील डोंगराळ प्रदेशात आढळणाऱ्या हळदीचे हे एक प्रीमियम आणि दुर्मिळ वाण आहे.

मुळात ४ प्रकारच्या हळदी आहेत.. :

1. पिवळी हळद : ही जनरली आपण जेवणात देखील वापरतो. शिचाय कुठे कापले, जखम झाली वगैरे, शिवाय फेसपॅक बनवायला, जनरली दुधातून घेण्यासाठी वगैरे देखील वापरतो. ह्यात ३ मुख्य प्रकार - स्थानिक वाणे जसे की सेलम, दुसरे म्हणजे दक्षीणेकडील सर्वात प्रसिद्ध अलप्पी हळद आणि मेघालय सारख्या ठिकाणी आदीवासी शेतकरी करतात ती लाकडॉंग.
2. काळी हळद : ही सर्वाधिक औषधी हळद आहे. तिचा वासच कफ सिरपसारखा किंवा टॉनिक सारखा आहे. कुर्कुमिन सोबत अनेक औषधी घटक ह्यात आहेत. आपल्याकडे आषाढीमधे डायबिटीसवर ह्याचे २०-२५ दिवसातच मस्त परीणाम मिळाले आहेत. हीला नरकाचूर असे देखील म्हणतात.
3. आंबे हळद : हे खरे तर "आले" आहे, हळद नाही. ह्याला mango ginger असे म्हणतात. पण आपल्याकडे आंबेहळद म्हणून प्रसिद्ध आहे. मुख्यत्वे कुठल्याही प्रकारची सूज असेल तर ह्याचे जबरदस्त आणि तात्काळ परीणाम आहेत. आषाढीमधे प्रथमच आपण ही पोटात घेण्यासाठी उपलब्ध केली आहे.
4. कस्तुरी हळद : पांढरी शुभ्र अशी ही हळद छान सुगंधी वाण आहे. थोडा माती सारखा आणि थोडा कापरासारखा असा वेगळाच वास हिला येतो. खूप छान वाटते. स्किनकेअर साठी एक नंबर आहे..

आम्ही मेघालयातील वनक्षेत्रातील लकडोंग हळदीची मुळे थेट शेतकऱ्यांकडून मिळवतो. ही मुळे काळजीपूर्वक स्वच्छ केली जातात. मुळांवरची साल आम्ही काढत नाही कारण त्यातही औषधी गुणधर्म आहेत. नंतर ही मुळे पातळ कापांसारखी कापतात. ते काप आम्ही स्वत:विकसीत केलेल्या  हीट एक्सचेंज ड्रायरमध्ये ५० अंश सेल्सिअस तापमानात निर्जलीकृत करतो. आम्ही हळद उकळत नाही किंवा वाळवत नाही. यामुळे हळदीमध्ये जैविकदृष्ट्या सक्रिय औषधी घटक जसेच्या तसे टिकवून ठेवण्यास मदत होते. आम्ही खात्री देतो की तुम्ही यापूर्वी इतके सुगंधी आणि प्रभावी हळद कधीही पाहिली नसेल!

Black turmeric also known as Narkachur is highly medicinal variety of turmeric mainly used by pharma companies for various type of medicines. It's results on diabetes are very promising. It is a premium variety of turmeric from hilly regions of Meghalaya.

Narkachur Black Turmeric: This is the rarest and most beneficial turmeric in the world. Although it has a low amount of curcumin, its medical composition is so powerful that it is a panacea for many diseases. But keep in mind that this turmeric is “super-medicinal”. So take it only when necessary. For example, if you are very tired or have a lot of stress from an event, your body is very sore, your liver is swollen due to excessive alcohol consumption, or you have a chronic cough-cold or blood disorders. We source turmeric roots from forest regions of Meghalaya directly from farmers. These roots are carefully cleaned. We dont remove the skin on the roots as that also have medicinal properties.
